Expression, freedom, and improvisation is the core of 4 Quarters’ signature sound, blending funk, rock, R&B, dub, reggae and jazz fusion to create a combination stir fry of music straight from the heart of Suva, Fiji.

The current live incarnation of the band is led by founding members Ben Masirewa (guitar, vocals) and Naiqama (drums, percussion), and joined by producer Francisco Bhagwan (keyboard). With over a decade of live experience in Fiji’s music industry, including local and international music festivals, 4 Quarters uses music as a vessel for experimentation and exploration, bringing a different flavour of Pacific Islands music to the rest of the world.

In November 2025, the band released their debut single, "No Cabs at the Base," expressing the struggles of finding transportation within the Suva-Nausori corridor in Fiji.
